Vanwege de verhuizing van dit laboratorium naar een nieuwe locatie, wordt dit deel van deze diagnostiek tijdelijk ondergebracht bij Eurofins Gelre. Eurofins Gelre is sinds april 2023 onderdeel van Eurofins Clinical Diagnostics.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Wat verandert er voor u?<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>De volgende specifieke bepalingen worden niet meer standaard meegenomen in de pakketten voor PCR fecesdiagnostiek. Dit geldt voor:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Feces PCR Bacterieel: Aeromonas en Plesiomonas PCR<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Feces PCR Parasitair: Dientamoeba fragilis PCR<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De standaardbepalingen die vallen onder PCR diagnostiek voor feces zijn daarom tijdelijk als volgt:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Feces PCR Bacterieel: &nbsp;Salmonella species, Shigella species, Campylobacter, Yersinia enterocolitica.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Feces PCR Parasitair: &nbsp;Giardia lamblia, Cryptosporidium parvum, Entamoeba histolytica. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Alternatieven voor PCR bepalingen die tijdelijk niet mogelijk zijn<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Aeromonas en \/ of Plesiomonas<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Op verzoek kan op indicatie een bacteri\u00eble kweek naar Aeromonas en\/of Plesiomonas verricht worden. Bijvoorbeeld indien sprake is van diarree na zoetwater contact of na nuttigen van rauwe vis of schaal-<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>en schelpdieren. Vermeld in specifieke gevallen graag expliciet bij de aanvraag dat u naast uw gewenste Feces PCR bacteri\u00eble diagnostiek eveneens een kweek wilt laten verrichten voor diagnostiek<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>naar Aeromonas en \/ of Plesiomonas. Dit kan op het aanvraagformulier onder \u2018Overige bepalingen \u00e0 Anders, namelijk:\u2019 en in Zorgdomein onder \u2018Afwijkende aanvragen Kweek Overig\u2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Dientamoeba fragilis<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Indien u in specifieke gevallen diagnostiek wilt laten verrichten naar Dientamoeba fragilis dan kunt u dit expliciet vermelden bij de aanvraag. Dit kan op het aanvraagformulier onder \u2018Overige bepalingen \u00e0 Anders, namelijk en in Zorgdomein onder \u2018Afwijkende aanvraag PCR Overig\u2019:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Het materiaal wordt dan verzonden naar een extern laboratorium.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Toelichting bij de PCR bepalingen die tijdelijk niet mogelijk zijn<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Aeromonas\/Plesiomonas<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Doorgaans betreft dit self-limiting infecties welke we in de afgelopen twee jaar slechts in enkele gevallen hebben vastgesteld.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Dientamoeba fragilis<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Er is geen eenduidig bewijs dat infectie met Di\u00ebntamoeba fragilis altijd tot ziekteverschijnselen leidt. Het is dan ook omstreden of behandeling noodzakelijk is en welke eventuele behandeling het meest effectief zou zijn. Behandeling wordt enkel geadviseerd indien klachten langdurig blijven aanhouden en er geen andere oorzaken gevonden kunnen worden, met name indien het kinderen betreft.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Heeft u vragen?&nbsp;<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Wij hopen u hiermee voldoende ge\u00efnformeerd te hebben.
